To continue with the discussion on whether or not Pacquiao is on steroids, we bring you more of the signs and side effects of steroid use. Again, we invite you draw your own conclusion.
Increased thickness and length of body hair. We are unsure whether it is his Filipino lineage that is to “blame”, but the guy simply does not have too much bodily hair for some reason.
Abnormally excessive development of the breast tissue. Kermit Cintron was quoted as saying that Pacquiao “looks ripped like Bruce Lee.” You can see it, you decide.
Almost cartoonish muscle growth. We go back to the Bruce Lee analogy – both Lee and Pacquiao are ripped and cut, but they retain that lean physique that Asians seem to have. No wrestler-type humongous muscles for these two.
manny pacquiaoThe unfortunate thing about the scandals that have rocked the worlds of baseball and wrestling and other sports is that there is now a tendency for people to think that anyone who can do anything amazing and worthwhile must be on something. In the case of Pacquaio, he has indeed come a long way from being the 16-year-old boxer from the Southern Philippines into a shining start in the international boxing scene. That is certainly quite an accomplishment, and it does seem like something that may be a little difficult for some of his competitors to swallow.
We have definitely not heard the last about this issue; we are, after all, a good three months away from what will most certainly be another much-awaited fight: Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather, Jr. An Olympic-style drug testing has already been requested for, and we can’t wait to see what will come out of those tests – and what accusers will have to say about it.

There has been uproar over steroid-use accusations hurled against boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao – and we figure it’s not exactly the kind of reaction that his accusers are hoping for. It seems like Pacquiao’s accusers are getting into a line of sorts; we have heard from Floyd Mayweather Sr. and welterweight title holder Kermit Cintron. Joining their ranks is boxer Paulie Malignaggi, who, despite his win over Juan Diaz in an anticipated rematch at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, has been talking about how he thinks Pacquiao must be on steroids.

Jay did it and won the Mr.Olympia 2009 title. He took the “Sandow” back and now he must be very proud of himself. He did a great job. Look at these pics and I am sure that you will agree that he is the best. Look at Victor’s tiny legs, it seems like he never squats or is doing squats with with light weight. Now take a look at Jay’s legs… you see the difference.
Jay Cutler must be very motivated to win as he was the champ here on 2006 and 2007, then came Dexter and took the Sandow, now Jay wants “Sandow” statue back. He must be trained very hard. We’ll see him on the stage.
After the tragedy Victor Martinez had this year with his sister we did not believe he will participate, but Victor is the man and he found enough strength to train, keep diet and do cardio in order to be in best shape. Good luck Vic!
Dennis James is very happy that George is helping him with preparation for Mr.Olympia as Dennis says: “It seems that George knows my body better than I know myself.”
I want to thank all the fans for there support and motivational words during this contest prep. I have a solid team in place with Kerry (my wife) and my training partners. They have helped tremendously and I feel I am in the best shape I can be in just over 3 weeks out. I already have my routine down and have some great music this year. Training couldn’t be better. I am in a good groove with my cardio and am eating a ton of fish every day. Now wonder I never eat fish (other than sushi) in the off-season. Looking forward to the “O” and seeing all the fans at the most exciting weekend in bodybuilding!

After her winning last year on Figure Olympia we waited to see the “batlle” this year. However this year we will not see Jennifer Gates competing because she had to withdraw from the competition after discovering she is pregnant.
As heard first on today’s episode of MuscleSport Radio, Ronnie Coleman will make his comeback at the 2010 Mr. Olympia. Ronnie Coleman who is 8 times Mr.Olympia winner said that he decided to compete just a few days ago.
