denniswolf-md-bernal-638Training on steroids is not quite unusual from what you are doing daily in the gym. But taking into consideration that fact that steroids will help you to recover faster, to have more energy you will change your training a little bit.

During steroid cycle your training routine will not look like your usual routine.

1. The first thing you will do is 5 days split routine. If you have trained 3 times per week now you can train 5 times per week and still have great results

2. Do not be afraid to add more weights. Do not worry you will lift it.

3. Add more intensity. This can be done by adding super-sets or tri-sets.

4. Increase number of exercises. You can do 5-7 exercises per body-part. But listen to your body.

5. Eat more and sleep more and results will not make you wait.
