To continue with the discussion on whether or not Pacquiao is on steroids, we bring you more of the signs and side effects of steroid use. Again, we invite you draw your own conclusion.
Increased thickness and length of body hair. We are unsure whether it is his Filipino lineage that is to “blame”, but the guy simply does not have too much bodily hair for some reason.
Abnormally excessive development of the breast tissue. Kermit Cintron was quoted as saying that Pacquiao “looks ripped like Bruce Lee.” You can see it, you decide.
Almost cartoonish muscle growth. We go back to the Bruce Lee analogy – both Lee and Pacquiao are ripped and cut, but they retain that lean physique that Asians seem to have. No wrestler-type humongous muscles for these two.
manny pacquiaoThe unfortunate thing about the scandals that have rocked the worlds of baseball and wrestling and other sports is that there is now a tendency for people to think that anyone who can do anything amazing and worthwhile must be on something. In the case of Pacquaio, he has indeed come a long way from being the 16-year-old boxer from the Southern Philippines into a shining start in the international boxing scene. That is certainly quite an accomplishment, and it does seem like something that may be a little difficult for some of his competitors to swallow.
We have definitely not heard the last about this issue; we are, after all, a good three months away from what will most certainly be another much-awaited fight: Manny Pacquiao vs. Floyd Mayweather, Jr. An Olympic-style drug testing has already been requested for, and we can’t wait to see what will come out of those tests – and what accusers will have to say about it.

There has been uproar over steroid-use accusations hurled against boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao – and we figure it’s not exactly the kind of reaction that his accusers are hoping for. It seems like Pacquiao’s accusers are getting into a line of sorts; we have heard from Floyd Mayweather Sr. and welterweight title holder Kermit Cintron. Joining their ranks is boxer Paulie Malignaggi, who, despite his win over Juan Diaz in an anticipated rematch at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago, has been talking about how he thinks Pacquiao must be on steroids.
